4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating our application, subject to confidentiality agreements.

5. Protection updates and checkout observations

As part of the app service described on our listing, we use your store contact email to send up to two protection updates through Resend, including an invitation to share your experience. These emails are triggered by recorded use and end within 180 days of enrollment. You can stop them through the unsubscribe link in each email. No separate email feature needs to be activated.

With checkout analytics consent, our pixel observes recognized PO Box address errors. We store keyed fingerprints of checkout and event identifiers to avoid duplicate counts, along with the observation time. We do not store shipping addresses or order values in this feature. Counts are partial browser observations, not completed orders.

Observation fingerprints and the campaign recipient are removed when invitations stop or expire, on uninstall, or upon a relevant deletion request. Minimal delivery records and a keyed fingerprint of the store are retained to prevent duplicate invitations after reinstalling. Store redaction removes the campaign and delivery records; only that suppression fingerprint remains. Delivery-failure callback IDs are retained for up to 30 days.
